General:

Fetish ships internationally. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from Canada. 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, dispatched via FedEx Express. Delivery times vary between 1-10 business days. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure place to receive and sign for their parcel. Therefore Fetish isn’t liable for stolen items after the parcel has been delivered.

If you fail to collect your parcel in time and it is therefore returned, the shipping costs and international taxes and fees associated with the order won’t be refunded.

For security reasons, Fetish does not ship to mailboxes, security boxes, or any non-registered addresses.

International Fees & Taxes:

When ordering from outside of Canada, custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of duties and taxes. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Returns:

Returns may be made within 7 days of a delivery date for store credit. To request for a return, please email sos@fetishstudios.co. Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Returns will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged per item. The return shipping fee and return restocking fee will be deducted form your store credit.

The item(s) must be returned to Fetish before your store credit can be issued.

Instructions for returns & exchanges:

1. Email sos@fetishstudios.co and include your order number, item(s) that you will be returning, and reason for a return.

2. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided via email. Download it and print it out.

3. Securely pack item(s) in original Fetish packaging.

4. Remove old shipping label and replace with new return shipping label.

5. Drop off package at nearest FedEx location.

 

Standards for returns & exchanges:

1. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received.

2. No visible signs of wear, including: makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, etc.

3. Item(s) have not been used, washed, or tailored in any manner.

4. Item(s) must be returned in their original Fetish packaging.

5. You have 7 days within delivery to request for a return.

6. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of your return request approval.
